The article doesn't mention whether we're moving up tariffs that were supposed to be part of round 2, or adding tariffs to more goods than were originally planned.
At this point, who knows. Trump has been so extremely erratic with tarrics coming and going that it's really hard to keep up. The idiot is insane
I guess we'll know more after the press conference.
It's in response to Trump going ahead with his aluminum/steel tariffs.
