Lol the state dept link that said they didn't have evidence to meet the strictest definition of genocide, but had evidence of gross serious human rights violations of China

Yes, they tried to double down in the middle of admitting they’ve been engaged in a years long hoax. Which is what all of the western sources will do, and again you do not consider non-western sources legitimate. An intentional self re-enforcing propaganda loop.
