Makes me feel super dysphoric - currently I already have a discernible M shape on my forehead (short-medium hair ATM, growing it out) -.- Any tips on what I can do before going on hormones? Could that hair grow back once I'm on them? Any hairstyling advice?

The rough rule of thumb is that once HRT takes care of your T levels, your hairline can regrow to approximately where it was 7 years prior. There are no guarantees, and it's a very rough rule of thumb, but regrowth is a thing :)

whoa! do you know how long roughly it takes to get that regrowth?

Up to 7 years or so to get back as much as you're going to get back.

That's convenient, just have to remember the number seven - it takes up to seven years to go back seven years 🥳

This is great news, I have hairline dysphoria and I assumed I wasn't going to get any of that back since it's been a year and I haven't noticed any obvious changes.

Thanks as always, Ada ☺️
