We're basically going to end up with Graeme Obree's bikes being made UCI legal aren't we?

Based on the article, I think so. He was clearly a man ahead of his time.

Side note: I freaking love the weirdness of '90s bike design.

If it was modern I suppose his centre of mass would be basically over the front wheel but otherwise, yeah, the UCI have robbed us of a lot of cool bike designs!

Though the TT scene has truly produced some absolutely unbelievably ugly bikes, so maybe it's for the best.
