I am not sure which one, the letter just says “under current executive order”, and it killed a program that granted supplemental coverage for a variety of different drugs,

You should look further, because I haven't seen nor heard of Trump doing anything like that. So it may not be a Trump order.

A lot of people here are now regretting their vote

I'm not seeing that in my area.
