Do you recommend it?
Not especially. It's a spectacular, incoherent mess.
Coppola seems to have gone full Rob Zombie here in that he's made a movie for himself, and doesn't really seem to care if anyone else likes it or not. Only Rob tends to spend pocket change, where this cost him $120 million.
It's just baffling more than anything, and made me realise he hasn't really made a decent film since like Dracula.
