All they had to do was build a solid, reliable truck, and not be fascist. Instead they build a poorly glued together piece of shit and sieg heil. I fucking hate this timeline.
I still refuse to see it as a truck. The defining feature of a truck is its bed, and the bed on this thing is presented as an afterthought. Covered, undersized, impossible to access from the sides. It’s just a tank. A penis prosthesis for the undersized.
Don't hate the timeline, hate the news. There are real people out there still trying to make the world work, getting stepped on, pushed over, marginalized, silenced. They need you. They need all of us. Do not let The Bastards win.

And SpaceX had such good publicity, also notably one aesthetically the very opposite of sieg heil.
I mean, aesthetics of Tesla advertising and design and everything were pretty different from SpaceX from the very beginning. I wonder how could Musk be the founder of both. Maybe they'll find traces of a brain worm in him too. Can't be solely ketamine.

OK. Then I'd guess it's him sabotaging the idea of EV's.
He has never founded or invented anything. Every business he owns, he bought from others. In some cases he forced them to refrain from claiming to be founders at all. He's pathetic scum.
Apparently he did really found SpaceX. I'm not saying he did everything necessary on C-level to make it a functional company, but that's not really required (though if we think of such companies as Sun, there one can really see Bill Joy's deep participation in a lot of different core projects).
Does it though? I have had a real hard time giving a shit about space fir a while now goven Musk's musk is tainting it.

I keep seeing people say this. However, hate is what created this timeline. I don't believe it's what will get us into a new one.
I mean no offense towards you; I want you to know this. I guess I just finally realized what it is that bothers me about that statement. In fact, I share your sentiment. Because not only are they poorly made, common sense safety measures are removed and replaced with poorly engineered crap that traps people, while other badly designed components catch fire and burn them to death.
First time I’ve used this phrase, myself. But I had such hope for the future and I guess I am finally admitting my hope is gone.

I think the answer is some kind of cynical optimism. Hope for the best, but prepare for the worst. You never know, they might all die tomorrow in a plane crash or something.
I was cyncically optimistic 8 years ago.
My optimism has been completely drained. I don't care anymore.
I don't even really hate or fear, I just kind of nothing and fake it on the outside.
My cynical take on that stance is they probably overstaff the airpots they are flying through to ensure that doesn’t happen. But yea maybe they fall down an elevator shaft.
Somewhat ironically, they understaffed the airport they all fly through, and yet somehow it was innocent civilians that died.
I detest this timeline. I am disgusted, really. I've never quite understood hate, though; to me hate feels like making a solemn vow that subject of my hate will always have power over me. Because hate is irrational. It overpowers reason. But it is only through reason and logic I find myself.
The catch 22 is fear. Fear also deprives is of reason, but it also shames us, lessens us. Just as Yoda taught us, "Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering."
I don't wanna suffer anymore. But I don't want anyone else to suffer, either. Not even those responsible; I just want them gone from our timeline.
Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering. Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Consume you, it will.
