Didn't know they already had call of duty back then.
It was previously impossible, as Middle French only adapted the Latin for "pipe" in the 1300s, and then it took some time for that to reach England and mix with the proto-Germanic nīewe. So it wasn't until the 15th century that you could have "noob tube."
