Even an ankle-length dress/skirt is more breezy than pants/trousers. In case you don't feel like sharing your knees with the world.

Not mine, though. I own my varicose veins but I don't love them. I do love a long swishy skirt. And my cat likes to hide underneath and then POUNCE! out at whatever hair-tie or bottle-top she's chasing.
