My wife made a salad tonight with a stalk used in place of scallions. I liked the flavor a lot. Tasted like scallions with the heat of strong garlic. Iโ€™m a fan. ๐Ÿ˜€

๐Ÿคค love that garlic heat. We've got lots of hardnecks coming up on picking, some landrace variety of chives from our neighbor's great grandfather, and ramps (Allium tricoccum) but maybe I can convince the wife we need another allium.
