Long answer, through politics? yes.
The real answer is to get so active in radical state level politics that we can flip the states rights narrative right back around and get what we want without firing a shot. The beautiful part of that strategy is that the MAGA freaks are already putting 110% of their momentum in that direction.
that would be one of the ways of going about it. You can definitely abuse things like the abortion decisions in regards to states rights.
Unfortunately the republicans never do anything bad ever, and the democrats are literally funded by satan himself, so L plus ratio rip bozo.
Whatever we do, we need to be certain that it will at least provide some net positive to society. That's the hard part.
