Actually, he's the first agender president. Embryos don't produce any gametes at conception. The idea that embryos are all female is a myth spread by people who don't believe in nonbinary sex.
I'm struggling to understand what you mean here, are you talking about intersex?
They would be the better pronoun in this instance then.
