How long does the manual review of new account take? (self.pixelfed)

Hi! I created an account on pixelfed.art a few days ago. It said that new account were manually reviewed before I could use the account -fine, I understand. I'm just wondering how long does it usually take? I'm not complaining, I'm just impatient XD

I also attempted to create an account there a few days ago as well and haven't heard anything either. Pixelfed is currently experiencing a large increase in interest so I imagine that the mods are probably overwhelmed with new account requests right now.
