i really wanted to do the same but without blocking whatsapp π₯² unfortunately I have to use whatsapp ... is there any list out there that blocks just Meta's tracking without necessarily blocking something like whatsapp ?
Not that I've seen but I think you should be able to use the allowlist to let it through.
yeah that seems to be the only way, unfortunately. i do wonder for how long that will work, considering Meta wants to tie in Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp even more. idk, I'm not really tech savvy haha

Why do you have to use whatsapp, let alone, anything? Do you not have free will?
Maybe you want to, or even have to talk to people who donβt use fedi apps.
