Know thyself and set a timer. I don't allow myself to do stuff like that without setting an alarm.

Yep! My fridge has a one-tap 30-min timer specifically for drinks in the freezer (you can also then adjust the time with more taps). Needless to say, it is one of the most used functions of my fridge (☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞

Don't know wheter it is a "smart fridge" but that's one smart fridge!
