I've not watched the entire video (nor will I, I really dislike Depressed Nousagi), but from what I've seen + the comments feels so doompost-y. Yes this wasn't a good year with 4 graduations (Aqua, Ame, Chloe and Fauna) and 1 termination (Mel) and A-Chan leaving too, but it wasn't all that bad. We've had some of the biggest events this year too like HoloGTA and ENReco and a myriad of successful concerts and other events. They have clear growing pains and the fact that they're public (with Yagoo still owning a pretty big share IIRC) doesn't sit well with me either, but the doomposting feels a little much.

Cover should 100% be held accountable for some of the departures, but focus your frustration on that rather than doomposting and let's stay a little optimistic alright? Not everything is bad. Having a doomposting audience is in no way helpful or contributing to the wellness of the actual talents (or the company).

Fwiw the last 1/4 or so of the video is mostly positive, particularly about how Cover has historically seemed to do a pretty good job of learning from mistakes (with the implication that if there's something fixable causing the talent turnover recently, they'll probably address it). On the whole I wouldn't personally consider the video too doom-post-y but ymmv of course.
