Video game news oriented community. No NanoUFO is not a bot :)

Last time this happened to a Chinese game I owned, it's because their publisher was removed off steam for fake reviews or something. The devs had to get a new publisher and issued owners of the game new keys to the game since they had to make a new store page.

This sounds very plausible to me.
