Just a joke about "TRANS PEOPLE ARE TAKING OVER" fearmongering (Panel 1) being taken to the conclusion that all trans people are ready to domme the poor oppressed cishets (taking the fearmongering to its logical, if sexual, conclusion) (Panel 2+3), and then being met with the reality that trans people are just people (Panel 4).
