Well, it isn't as problematic as someone throwing a string of lit firecrackers into a PTSD support group, but very little is.

Which has happened, and once everyone was off the damn ceiling, it got some laughs. Luckily, whoever did it was long gone, or the ones that didn't laugh would have likely shoved something up their ass.
