If she were most impactful wouldn't she have won?
no. I think not winning sorta makes her more impactful. Again if you look at just this year she was center to biden running at the start to her running in the middle and trump winning in the end. Im not one to blame her for the loss but many folks do. I mean the roller coaster of opinions and feelings and energy around her sorta defines this year to me.
