i gotta ask, what is this type of dress called? The one which has broader straps and looks like hers - i have not found the proper term for it yet.

I've seen one in real life too! But didn't bother asking what they are called.. they look so formal yet so comfycozy, yes even with a less fluffy under ~

I saw your comment the other day, but didn't have an answer. By chance I came across another similar garment today called a pinafore dress. Is it the right one?

I've heard that these are called pinafore sressed many times, yes. But pinafore dresses are open on the left and right. I've been looking for one where the dress goes around the upper sides aswell...
