Took me a while to work out what I was looking at. It's an American style hotdog wrapped in a paper towel placed into the drop down sun glasses of a car / van. Although it must be a pretty small hotdog to fit in such a space, shrinkflation at its finest
Thank you for explaining where it was, I thought that was a hole in the ceiling or something
