Ohhh fuckity.
Boss: How do you feel youβre going?
Me: Iβm planning on resigning in 2 weeks.
Boss: β¦ can you not?
you: Sure if you change [x, y, z that's making you leave]!
He's going to discuss with the directors about sidestepping me into another role, I'm not well suited for the one my original role grew into. I'll see what they offer, but I think it'll be adios for me.
Hope it works out well whichever way it goes π€
