Student visa. Going to university is cheap/free in many European countries. You can work to support yourself while you get a degree. You might also qualify for welfare programs once you’re here for a while.

Book a flight and come on a tourist visa. Once here apply for a student visa or work permit if you have a profession that’s in demand. Gaining citizenship varies between European countries, but can be as short as five years IIRC.
