What tends to happen, especially if it’s Kmart or big w is that they’ll say they have stock but as people buy them the stock levels don’t update.

It’s not until they go and allocate your items in person that they discover they have no stock left.

I’m pretty sure their systems aren’t live updated regularly enough.

Edit: also because they’re slow with click and collect.

I know I'll probably get a refund but I'd like to think someone at dispatch for Kmart is now going on a Jingle All The Way style quest to find me a copy of this book
