Yeah, but you’re juggling some manner of complicated health issue - I do not know what, and I’m not going to ask because that’s your business, but you’re very open about the notion that your health is complex.

The benchmarks might be in different places for you

Pull up machine to reduce my weight to build up

And also just jumpng, holding the position, and then slowly lowering over time.

Strong! I couldn't do one now but I went from 0 to 12 in about 9 months a few years back. I know how hard it is! Keep at at it 💪💪💪 Edit: don't mean to one up you. The first one is the hardest, if you're at three now it's going to be easier from here to build.
