To me it reads more like speech recognition trying its best with a strong accent or bad audio source.
while that would explain the aneurysm, what i don't understand is what kind of person doesn't look at the text before sending it
like that's why i don't use text to speech, it generally struggles to understand maj strång sviidish acksent, so i'd have to re-try 15 times or just edit it manually, at which point i might as well just type it from the get-go
It doesn't feel bot like to me but I might be wrong
