Humanity will know it's place within 30 years. In the ground. It will have placed itself there. As the surface becomes uninhabitable humanity will slowly become mole-people. And begin to resemble dwarves as well for some reason. Attaining unimaginable wealth they forge the rings of power because elves dont exist and then reconquer the land from pollution by kicking and punching it away using the rings of power.
