No. It obviously depends on the context.
In public where the chuds aren't in a group? It's likely to be PB or 3%. PF are too coward to show you who they are in public and prefer to travel in uhauls. PB make a thing of making themselves known. Stay on alert for the black and yellow. You keep one of these in your possession. There are even smaller versions. Find their truck (it's always a truck). It's gonna be really fucking obvious which truck is theirs. It takes about 15 seconds to release the valve sufficiently tire deflate a tire. You don't need to release the valve entirely. If used properly, no damages to property and you left the valve in place. Not theft. Anyways, that shit will be in the ground in a minute. If the chud fails to do a safety check on their truck (always do a safety check on your vehicle), they might not notice one tire on the ground. If they try to drive, they'll trash that tire in minutes, maybe before they even know it's flat.

We're not talking about calling cops. Also, I didn't make this.
Whatever. It's an appeal to outside authority. You shouldn't wait for/ don't need to have permission to deal with chuds.
