[..]bog dort gerade ein Transporter ein. Es war ein Fehler des Autofahrers, er hätte dort gar nicht abbiegen dürfen. Statt wie die anderen Rechtsabbieger zu warten, fuhr der Transporter auf der mittleren Spur an den Wagen vorbei und bog verbotenerweise rechts ab.

Hoffentlich 5 Jahre Knast und lebenslanger Führerschein Entzug.

Da würde ich auch auf "fahrlässige Tötung" hoffen...
