Even though I'm a vegan and I'd prefer not to see displays of dead animals, I'm not as sensitive to seeing this. Others might be. No harm in adding an NSFW tag in my books

it IS disturbing because its an agglomeration of different types of meat in the shape of a turtle

It's the closest to having a "trigger warning" tag, which doesn't exist afaik. NSFW, NSFL

the closest to a trigger warning is marking it as spoiler and saying what appears on the image in the title or description.
