I live in America, pointing out its barbaric prison system and its piggish enforcers is just me raising a political issue I have as a citizen. The whataboutism is actually coming from the people trying to make a country on the other side of the planet out to be an "even worse" a police state than right here.

You don't understand what talking is for. You're treating this like a game where you score points to win, instead of an effort for all parties involved to be less wrong about the world. I haven't said shit about America - yet you're going 'meanwhile in America!' as if that'd be relevant somehow. As if I'd minimized or misrepresented a massacre... the way you have.
