If I lived in the US, I would need to bring molotovs with me on every trip to deal with cars like this.

I mean, let's not pretend the trend of oversized trucks didn't start in America.
That truck is a Chevy,, American made which isn't sold locally in Oz. The owner had to import his penis extension and pay extra for the privilege.
Holden closed down because GM was siphoning off too much and they went under. GM-SV is a specialty brand that imports US vehicles for the Australian Market. Mainly Camaros and Silverados for the cashed up boomers and Gen-Xers.
Most Holden Dealers were offered a franchise. A lot of them told GM to bugger off.
