Not biologically, but in heart!
But Toki's heart is black and full of hatred. He said so himself in that episode where he was walking around covered in blood, setting shit on fire with a flamethrower.
In terms of nationality, yes. Skwisgaar is Swedish, Toki is Norwegian.
In terms of family dynamics, yes. Skwisgaar is the older brother, Toki is the younger brother. (Nathan is the father, Pickles is the mother and Murderface is the creepy uncle).
I've never heard this but it makes absolute perfect sense, especially pickles and murderface
