I think one worrying thing to consider is that she's still edged out by Trump in many of the swing states she needs to win the election – Trump overall leads her in a majority of swing states actually, and Harris doesn't reliably poll above Trump in any important swing state except maybe Michigan. RFK Jr. is acting as a massive spoiler for both sides depending on which state you go to – he takes more away from Trump in some states like Michigan and Georgia; and more away from Harris in others like Arizona, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

The internet seems to be celebrating prematurely, but she has a very real chance of losing this election. It doesn't matter if she gets the popular vote or not, because the candidate most Americans vote for isn't necessarily the one that wins. People need to get out and vote if we're going to get Harris into office.

I'm at least going to do my part as someone in a very red part of Georgia. Can't wait for the convention on the 9th, I want to see who she picks as VP (hopefully Tim Walz, or far less likely Andy Beshear).
