Keep in mind we could have had Mayor Pete, Bernie, Klobuchar, Harris, or Warren but they figured Biden would follow the party line and not having any annoying ideas of his own.
Harris? Almost as universally unliked among the progressive wing as Biden is
You must speak to a lot of party insiders to have such knowledge of the thoughts that went on...
i used to wish bernie hadn't given up so quickly; but i've changed my mind after seeing him tow the party line no matter what.
