I'm perfectly happy with both of them taking one (assuming it's administered by a neutral third-party). No reason to give the orange turd more ammunition to lash out if the tests are one-sided.
A sitting resident can't have their blood accessed by a third party. It is forbidden. They only the secret services personal blood handler may do so. Behind triple creme bunker walls.
This is the kind of thing you want to Google to verify, but not enough to end up on a list.
