I think so. I've never caught COVID nore anyone I know who got moderna. Not speaking about the other vaccines. They where clearly less effective in the available information I had at the time.
They also did include a list of warnings possible side effects and a pamphlet about how it was authorized under the emergency use at the time I received it.
Just trying to clear up blatant false statements.

And your first link is about booster shots so not sure what you are trying to say other than you have trouble with reading comprehension due to the COVID...
