Mentally ill violent people are above the law.

Go to the subway system. The same mentality ill people terrorizing people day in and day out without consequence. They're mentally ill so we can't punish em, just send em back out to terrorize everyone else. And if complain about being threatened, assaulted or terrorized by a mentally ill person in Toronto. It's suddenly your own fault and people jump up to defend the attacker.

Hell in Canada I can murder decapitate and cannibalize a stranger, and I'll just get a few pills, release and their hopes that I keep myself medicated. Damn public safety and the community.
