Apparently it is a Ubisoft published game and is in the Prince of Persia series, so no lawsuit needed.

I checked for an Ubi logo on the OP image and couldn't see one, they must really be taking a hands off approach.

If they took a hands on approach either nobody would wamt it from the beginning, or it would look amazing only to have day one addititon of microtransactions, forced account, and previously unmentioned denuvo.
