Yes I started running a Stay in Tarkov server last night for my friends. Pretty easy setup and while there are some minor bugs, it's pretty good!

Nice, we haven't played since the major update, i think we where on 1.6 or something, can't remember but the newest one was having issues, but this was like a year ago now.
Is there a back room wiki for getting coop sp working?
Unfortunately no, but search for SIT (stay in tarkov). I don't want to link to the git or discord because the creator likes to keep it on the DL to avoid Nakita and his ilk sending him a C&D.
Sit's docs are good. Trust them.
