What are some controllable attributes that you find attractive? What "green flags" do you look for?

I've had friends who were generous with me and that gave me such a heart-warming feeling. It doesn't have to be much, like it can just give a compliment or offering a piece of gum. It's the thoughtfulness and consideration that counts. At least, that's who I try to be whenever I can.
