What's a theory that you'd hate to be correct, but are convinced is likely?

Simulated universe theory removes so much agency and meaning from life.

But we're to the point now where were beginning to simulate universes of our own, and when you read about these things creating thousands and thousands of instances and spool that out into the future it's pure hubris to think we live in the one true universe.

Also the whole speed of light relativity threshold thing is obviously just a render gate.

I feel like this is supposed to be a theory about George R. R. Martian's book series a song of ice and fire or game of thrones.

But that's an interesting write-up none the less

Perhaps Bran will realize he is in a simulated universe and the end of the series will be him breaking free?
