Lol. They're giving up now. They tried so hard to push people back into the office. It didn't work out. Turns out they CAN deal with these useless ass buildings.

I only skimmed the video, but one of things they state is that not all buildings are suited to this. Fine. But don't just say it can't work all together, or let that become the narrative because you're in corporate pockets.

This type of thinking is closely akin to that used in end land use planning for mines. The Eden Project was an old kaolinite mine. They invested less that what it would cost to make a stadium (which we readily pay for). It's created £1.1bn revenue for the area and it is a local attraction. It's 5 hours from anything.

Land use planning is taking a shitty situation and finding a new use for it. Let's take this toxic open pit a and make it a pumped hydro power station

If they really want to be innovative, turn it into housing for homeless people
