I'm right there with you. Hopefully mobile for 2 is better suited for phones, makes it easier to find the time. The first one is designed for tablets and makes reading and playing cards difficult.
The game is so weird. I have zero desire to play it. But when I do, it refuses to turn off.
I would definitely play it on my phone if it works well.
You've tried Balatro already I assume?
I haven't. Never heard of it.
Jeez, get on that now. It has replaced StS for me. Over 230 hours in a month...
Looked it up. Seems cool. I unfortunately have a mental block when it comes to poker. For some reason I've never been able to learn it, no matter how hard I've tried.
That's fine. Poker is just a theme. And it's got a guide for poker hands, but after a couple trips to the item shop you can usually throw everything about poker out the window.
Goddmmit you guys are selling me on this. Whelp, another one for the 'ol wishlist
If you have the hands to hand (pun intended) then it's all good. You don't need to play it as you would normally.
On The STS discord Caseyyano admitted that Balatro is changing him. So we'll see If there are any references to Balatro. I'm pretty sure there will be at least one Joker artifact considering how many references there were in STS 1.
