It was discontinued today, will be replaced by these things.
What's wrong with regular self-checkout, I love to use it. Would never trust some video recognition correctly determines what I took. As for those carts, my local shops provided scanners (maybe even an app) that allowed to scan as you shop so you could skip the line. Have never tried them.
