We are a Pro-Conservative forum. Posts must have a clear pro-conservative, or anti left-wing bias. We are interested in promoting conservatism and discussing things that might get ignored elsewhere. All sources are acceptable, however reputable sources with a reputation for factual reporting are preferred.

Dissent is allowed in the comments, but try to be constructive; if you do not agree, then provide a reason which is backed up by references or a reasonable alternative interpretation of the provided facts. That means the left wing is welcome to state their opinions, but please keep it in good faith.
A polite request, not a rule, if you feel the need to report a comment, please don't reply to it.

Well from what he was actually charged with we can start with Possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18
Rittenhouse was armed with an AR-style semiautomatic rifle. He was 17 years old on the night of the shootings. Wisconsin law prohibits minors from possessing firearms except for hunting.
He was also failing to comply with an emergency order which put a curfew in place.
Whoever purchased the firearm for Kyle, allegedly with Kyle’s money, committed a “straw purchase”.

Trafficking illegally obtained firearms over state lines is also a felony.
I still find it odd the prosecution dropped the ball so badly on this case.
No Wisconsin law does not prohibit it. That is why the charge was dropped.
The weapon never crossed state lines.
The prosecution didn't drop the ball. Most of what you are saying is false.
The straw purchase fell apart as well.
