The novel centers on the members of a boat club at a girls high school in Matsuyama city in Ehime prefecture.

I watched the PV for this one since a CGDCT about rowing seemed interesting enough. I came out of it thinking two things:

Their water animation is pretty nice.
Their character animation is...different. I understand that to get the dynamic shots of something as kinetic as rowing that they are going to need to rely on CG. However, the characters seem to just be full 3DCG everywhere. Some shots it doesn't bother me, for others, the animation seems unnatural. Idk, people are going to have opinions about it.

That explains why I thought the characters in the image on the post were 3DCG. That's unfortunate. It can be done well (looking at Land of the Lustrous for example), but most of the time it's not done well.
