Overall, static games with carefully crafted experiences are better than any roguelike.

Yeah this is the point of the topic :) Saying stuff that others might not agree on.
What's a static game?
I meant games that don't randomize or change on repeat runs. Games that always offer a somewhat similar, scripted experience.
oh right. I guess generated content is a lot for common now than it used to be. I'm also not a fan. Map design suffers for it.
