So, according to the article headline Europe is banning puberty blockers, but the article itself only mentions the UK (referred to as England).

Who, while yes are part of Europe, have deliberately excluded themselves from being an important part of Europe.

If the UK is doing something noteworthy, it's probably the bad kind of noteworthy.
